U.S. Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick will speak during the third annual Public Policy Luncheon of the Flagstaff branch of the American Association of University Women. Kirkpatrick will offer a keynote address titled, “Why Women in Congress Make a Difference.”
Special guests include Linda Hallman, national AAUW executive director, and Claudette Hanley, Arizona AAUW president.
The luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 7, at the Woodlands Hotel on Route 66. Tickets may be purchased for $40 before Aug. 1 or for $45 at the door. Contact flagstaffaauw@yahoo.com for reservations.
