Learn how to be healthier from experts during a daylong event of free fitness activities at the NAU Recreation Center on Thursday, Feb. 19.

From fitness and sports to nutrition, the center is celebrating the annual National Intramural-Recreation Sports Association Sports and Fitness Day with free fitness assessments and activities open to NAU faculty, staff and students.
