NAU will be closed for regular business operations on Jan. 2, but from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Information Technology Services is planning a campus-wide computer network outage.
During this time, all central network and computing services will be unavailable, including access to NAU e-mail. The NAU telephone system will remain functional.
The outage is necessary for ITS to increase electricity to its building and connect a backup generator.
