NAU Theater announces 2014-15 lineup

NAU Theatre Season 2014-15 Passion & Promise

Touting “a season of passion and promise,” the NAU Theater department will kick off the 2014-15 year with a special guest performance by The Artist’s Path founder and artistic director, Gail Mangham, in Red Hot Patriot: The Kick Ass Wit of Molly Ivins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, at The Studio Theater.

The season also will commemorate the 75th anniversary of an American classic with the staging of John Steinback’s Of Mice and Men in October. For a complete schedule of performances this season, visit http://nau.edu/CAL/Theatre/Events/.

“This season’s plays deal with complicated relationships,” said NAU Theatre director Kathleen M. McGeever. “All of the selected pieces deal with this idea of passion, promises, dreams and deceit.”

Performances take place at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in The Studio Theatre and Clifford E. White Theatre. Tickets can be purchased by calling the NAU Central Ticket Office at (928) 525-5661 or (888) 520-7214 or by visiting NAU.edu/CTO.
