Information Technology Services is reminding campus that its survey will be open through Friday, Oct. 30.
ITS is interested in hearing about how well the department is doing its job of supporting the NAU mission. The survey will provide background information on NAU’s computing environment, inform ITS on how well it is satisfying IT support needs and help identify any needed improvements and future directions.
Average time to complete the survey should be less than 15 minutes, and answers will be kept confidential and anonymous unless a follow-up is requested.
