International flavors spice up campus next week

Flavors of Russia, Colombia, and Costa Rica

Students, faculty and staff are invited to roll up their sleeves and bring an appetite to the Global Chef event hosted by Campus Dining Monday and Tuesday.

After a weekend of training from international chefs, NAU Sodexo chefs will infuse their seasoned skills and prepare distinct dishes for the event.

The Hot Spot will feature a variety of meals from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22  prepared by global chefs, Chef Nikolai Novoselov from Russia, Chef Joaquin Suarez from Colombia and Chef Esteban Rodriguez Rojas from Costa Rica.

Latin American cuisine cooked by Chef Esteban Rodriguez will be served at the Düb from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Admission is the cost of lunch at the Hot Spot and Düb or one meal swipe for those with meal plans.
