- Department of Sociology professor Janine Schipper won a 2025 Choice Outstanding Academic Title award for her book, “Conservation is Not Enough.” The award, presented by the Association of College and Research Librarians, goes to the best print and digital scholarly titles reviewed by its publishing unit.
