Fulbright scholar to share Siberian experience

Fulbright scholar Nancy Muleady-Mecham, an adjunct professor of biology, will offer two presentations on her Fulbright experience in Siberia last fall.

“Siberian Fulbrightness” will be Wednesday, April 13, at Cline Auditorium. “Astronomy in Siberia” will be Friday, April 15, at Flagstaff’s Lowell Observatory. Both are at 7 p.m.

Muleady-Mecham was the first Fulbrighter at Gorno-Altaisk University in southwestern Siberia, a “four corners” area of Russia close to the borders of China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan.
