The Flanders Recorder Quartet brings Baroque and contemporary works for recorders to a concert, titled “Musical Banquet,” beginning at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 10, in Ashurst Hall
The event is the next program in the Horizons Concert Series.
The quartet has evolved into one of the world’s top ensembles over the past quarter-century. The ensemble’s success in 1990 at the prestigious International Competitions Musica Antiqua in Bruges, Belgium, was the start of an extensive concert career.
