Northern Arizona University’s Human Resources department is partnering with Information Technology Services to offer NAU employees the first Technology Summit, a professional development opportunity.
Plan to attend the event on Wednesday, Jan. 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Health and Learning Center (Bldg. 25). There are over15 different sessions offered throughout five session times focused on learning the different technologies, programs and strategies useful to making daily lives and jobs easier for all.
Some of the sessions include a Marketing Assessment and Strategic Overview with Chief Marketing Officer Harlan Teller, a sessions focused on the resources Cline Library offers and attend various sessions pertaining to social media and web design systems. Specific programs that will be addressed include Tableau, WordPress, Microsoft and Zoom. View the session descriptions for times and descriptions.
No registration is necessary. Employees are encouraged to show up to the sessions of their interest. An ITS walk-up help desk with be available in addition to the scheduled sessions from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. All sessions will be held in the 4000 level rooms in the Health and Learning Center.
