The Department of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs invites faculty and staff to participate in its upcoming donation drives to benefit area agencies.
Donate new or slightly used sports equipment
Volunteers are seeking new and slightly used sports equipment to clean, refurbish and send to underprivileged or impoverished nations. Items can be dropped off through May 17 at the front desk of the NAU Recreation Center in the Fieldhouse and at the information desk at the du Bois Conference Center; through April 29 at the front desk of each NAU residence hall; or at any “Stuff the Bus” location.
Donate old cell phones
Functioning cell phones will be cleared, cleaned, tagged and bagged for use as “Call to Protect” phones for victims of domestic violence through Victim/Witness Services for Coconino County. Broken phones also can be donated. Donations will be accepted through May 18 at the University Union LEADS Center, room 104h, during regular business hours; through April 29 at the front desk of each residence hall; through May 17 at the information desk at the du Bois Conference Center; or at any “Stuff the Bus” location.
Donate blood
Sign-up today to donate blood May 18 or 19 at this NAU-sponsored blood drive to benefit United Blood Services. All university donors automatically will be entered into a drawing to win one of 60 pairs of tickets aboard the Grand Canyon Railway.
Donate pet food and pet products
Donations are being accepted through May 17 for nonperishable food and pet food products for the Flagstaff Family Food Center. Donations may be left at the information desk at the du Bois Conference Center and at any “Stuff the Bus” location.
