Faculty, staff, students, alumni and family members are invited to represent NAU in the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce’s annual Independence Day Parade in downtown Flagstaff at 9 a.m. July 4.
Last year more than 200 people participated in the NAU entry. “We’re expecting another great turnout for this fun event,” said Molly Munger, director of Community Relations.
Representatives from departments across campus will begin planning NAU’s participation in the parade at a planning meeting at 8:30 a.m. Friday, May 1, in Babbitt Administrative Center, room 206. NAU colleagues interested in helping with the planning are invited to attend the meeting.
