Bring a lunch and get wrapped up in a serious discussion about issues facing people today.
The Northern Arizona University Department of Social work will be holding a brown bag event titled Current Issues Facing Older Adults: Role of Social Workers in Promoting Health and Wellness, from 12:30-2 p.m. on Nov. 21 in the DuBois Center in the Aspen room.
The event will include panelists from the Department of Social Work, High Point Strategies, Coconino County Health and Human Services, Community Services Program, Brookdale Senior Solutions, Haven Health of Flagstaff and Northern Arizona Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging.
Light refreshments will be provided.
