Local restaurant owner and chef Frank Branham will visit the NAU Bookstore to sign copies of his new cookbook Cottage Place Flavors from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7.
Branham, a former lecturer in NAU’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, owns Cottage Place Restaurant in Flagstaff.
