Northern Arizona University is seeking proposals for the annual Showcase of Strategies for Student Success fair, which will take place 3-5 p.m. April 7 at the du Bois Ballroom (Bldg. 64). The event will recognize and commend students for their endeavors in striving for success in their academic career. It is sponsored by numerous departments on campus, including Housing and Residence Life, Mathematics and Statistics and Student Affairs. The topics for this year’s showcase are student experiences and activities, student development and support, teaching and learning and enrollment and progress.
In 2018, the fair had 28 posters from 30 different university programs and departments with 120 guests and presenters being judged by 12 individuals. This past year, there were 33 posters from 41 different programs and departments with nearly 203 presenters and guests being judged by 13 individuals. This will be the 18th year that NAU has hosted the fair and is hoping to continue on this upward trajectory.
