Northern Arizona University’s Ardrey Memorial Auditorium will welcome the Annie Moses Band for a performance at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 8.
The Nashville-based group is a baroque pop string band that blends Celtic, jazz and classical genres with folk-inspired vocals.
The family ensemble is composed of siblings Annie, Alex, Berklee, Benjamin, Camille, Gretchen and Jeremiah, who are joined by their songwriting parents Bill and Robin Wolaver. Several band members attended the Juilliard School of Music and have earned awards and honors based on their individual artistic ability.
The band has performed at the Grand Ole Opry and Carnegie Hall and its PBS special “Christmas with the Annie Moses Band” has received more than 1,000 hours of nationwide airtime.
