- NAU Online moved up on two U.S. News and World Report rankings lists released for 2026. The program is now tied for No. 38 on the Best Online Bachelor’s Program list and No. 23 on the Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans list. NAU Online now ranks within the top 10% of online bachelor’s programs evaluated.
- Nicole Ferschke, associate clinical professor for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies, and nursing practice graduate student Christopher Ferschke collaborated to host a provider discussion podcast on perinatal and congenital syphilis for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. The full discussion is now available on the organization’s website and YouTube page.
- Senior cross country athlete Colin Sahlman set a new men’s NCAA indoor record for the 800-meter event at the Millrose Games in New York. Sahlman earned a time of 1 minute, 44.7 seconds, breaking a 37-year-old mark.
