- Beth Staub, an assistant teaching professor in the School of Communication, had one of her photographs selected as a cover image for Prescott LIVING Magazine’s 50th anniversary issue. Staub’s photo, “Downtown Prescott,” was one of four winning cover photos pulled from more than 250 submissions to the magazine’s 2025 photo contest.
- Circle the City, a federally qualified health center that provides healthcare to those experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County, earned the Physician Assistant Education Association’s 2025 Partnership Award for its partnership with NAU’s Department of Physician Assistant Studies. The award recognizes an individual or institution that has made a noteworthy contribution to physician education and, this year, was accepted by Circle the City Associate Medical Director Fartun Jama, who is pursuing her Doctor of Medical Science at NAU.
