Northern Arizona University’s Veteran and Military Services invites you to the events of Veterans Week, which began Monday and will continue to Saturday, Nov. 11.
The theme this year is “Lighting the Path Home,” which focuses on welcoming veterans back into the community, whether they are returning from deployment or feels disconnected from the civilian environment.
The goal of Veterans Week is to express gratitude to those who have served, ensure they feel part of the NAU community and share insight into the diversity of the veteran experience.
Events include the Care Package Challenge, Veteran Flag Tribute and the Veterans Day football game.
