Local scholars, artists, business leaders and other community members are gathering weekly as part of an experiment that engages science, reason and evidence-based practices in pursuit of compassion and well-being.
The “Sunday Symposium” is intended to build a supportive community in which the latest empirical discoveries about human well-being are discussed and used to guide the pursuit of happiness, love and social connectedness.
The gatherings are open to the public and are held from 10:30 a.m. to noon in SBS West, bldg., 70, room 110.
Discussion-leading volunteers from the university and the larger Flagstaff community are welcome.
