NAU’s College of Education will host the 12th annual There’s a Reason I’m A Teacher conference for pre-service teachers beginning at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, April 4, in Ashurst Auditorium on the NAU campus.
Keynote speakers include Rebecca Mieliwocki, the 2012 National Teacher of the Year, and Nancie Lindblom, the 2013 Arizona Teacher of the Year. Mieliwocki’s keynote address will begin at 8 a.m.
Faculty from across campus and statewide that participate in the teacher preparation are invited to attend as well interested community members.
