Enjoy a Mother’s Day or graduation brunch at the High Country Conference Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.
Highlights of the meal include a made-to-order omelet and waffle station, slow roasted beef with horseradish sauce and natural au jus, charbroiled marinated leg of lamb, macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi with ginger cream, cut crab legs with traditional dipping sauces, smoked and poached salmon and a variety of specialty desserts, cakes, pies and petit fours.
Cost per person includes tax and tip and is $28 for adults and $14 for children ages 6 to 10. Children younger than 6 are free. Student dining dollars will be accepted and if you bring a party of six or more, Mom or the NAU graduate eat for free—limit one per party.
