The challenges of water resource management and their relationship to climate change are the focus of an upcoming workshop at Northern Arizona University.
Water management professionals, tribal representatives, policy makers, environmental scientists and other stakeholders are invited to attend the Workshop on Water Management and Climate Change in Northern Arizona from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, at the High Country Conference Center.
Coordinated by NAU’s Watershed Research and Education Program, in collaboration with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the University of Arizona’s Climate Assessment for the Southwest, the workshop will include presentations by climate and water scientists and topical roundtable discussions with scientists and regional experts.

The conference is free and includes breakfast and lunch, but advance registration is required.
