The Northern Arizona University School of Music is hosting “The Nutcracker Ballet: A Virtual Concert” featuring the NAU Community Music and Dance Academy and the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra available for viewing from Dec. 18-31.

The show is a longstanding Flagstaff holiday tradition that celebrates music by the famous Peter Tchaikovsky. Family and friends can follow the actors to a sparkling party, dramatic battle scene and journey to the Land of Sweets with choreography by Andrew Needhammer and music director and conductor Charles Latshaw.

Tickets can be purchased on the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra webpage for $25. One ticket provides 72-hour access to the video. Additional donations are welcome for multi-person viewing.
