Northern Arizona University students have collaborated on a binational photography exhibit titled “Migrant Lives and Leadership.”
Through the use of interviews and photographs, students from University College instructor Leah Mundell’s Immigration Action Learning Team and School of Communication professor Laura Camden’s photojournalism capstone will share the stories of migrants in Cape Town, South Africa and Flagstaff, Ariz.
An opening reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at the Murdoch Community Center, 203 E. Brannen Ave.
The exhibit will also be on display during Flagstaff’s First Friday ArtWalk from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Firecreek Coffee Company, 22 E. Rte. 66.
