At President’s Distinguished Speaker Series, NAU alum, Salesforce exec to discuss research on consumer behavior

Polly Sumner, the chief adoption officer for Salesforce, is the next invited speaker at NAU President Rita Cheng’s Distinguished Speaker Series.

With more than 92,300 customers, Salesforce is an enterprise cloud computing company and a leader in enterprise social collaboration, customer relationship management application and development in open cloud technologies.

The Northern Arizona University alumna will talk to students, faculty, staff and members of the community about her research on the changing aspects of consumer and customer behavior, with thoughts on how business leaders should respond.

Sumner will speak at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 29 at the High Country Conference Center. The event is free but RSVPs are requested. For those unable to attend, the event will be live streamed on the NAU-TV website starting at 5:30 p.m.
