Local restaurant owner and chef Frank Branham will visit the NAU Bookstore to sign copies of his cookbook Cottage Place Flavors from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19.
Branham, a former lecturer in NAU’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, owns Cottage Place Restaurant in Flagstaff.
