Student actors from the Taylor Hall Haunted House take a break from scaring visitors.

Northern Arizona University is scaring up plenty of fun with Halloween-themed activities to bring out your inner ghoul.

The 17th annual Halloween Extravaganza takes place from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, in the du Bois Center Ballroom. The free event will feature games, candy, music and all sorts of family-friendly fun, with NAU student organizations providing activities for children of all ages.

The annual extravaganza is hosted by Residence Life, NAU’s South Village Apartments and the South Village Community Development Association. For information, contact Matt Evans, (928) 600-8769.

A frightfully good time is in store with Taylor Hall’s Haunted House. This long-standing NAU student tradition will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight Tuesday, Oct. 29, through Thursday, Oct. 31, in the NAU Fieldhouse. Separate, child-friendly guided tours are available.
