Be a part of the Native American cultural center planning

NAU’s Commission for Native Americans is hosting a series of open meetings to gather university and public input about building a Native American cultural center on the Flagstaff campus.

The new facility is intended to bridge contemporary education with indigenous traditions and promote a community of respect and understanding.

Attend an open forum and provide ideas about the new Native American cultural center during an upcoming Native American cultural center Open Planning Forum:

  • 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, room 445, The W.A. Franke College of Business, building 81
  • 12:45 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, room 115, The W.A. Franke College of Business, building 81
  • 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, room 150, College of Education, building 27
