About 200 success stories marched in Yuma’s new Veterans Memorial Stadium last weekend to celebrate commencement ceremonies for NAU-Yuma and Arizona Western College.
Marelis Rivera, one of five graduates from the new bachelor’s of science in biology program, spoke to the crowd, thanking her family, professors and classmates for their support and guidance during her time at NAU and AWC.
