All week, campus is buzzing with a diverse variety of events designed to celebrate love in all of its beauty, messiness and misery. From movie screenings to craft nights to yoga sessions, there’s no shortage of ways to have fun on, before and after Feb. 14. Read on for a dozen of our most anticipated events—which will you choose?
Love is Love Crafts

The Office of Inclusion is celebrating the power of love and creativity with a week-long event for LGBTQIA+ students. Embrace your artistic spirit as you engage in various craft activities, fostering self-expression, connection and a sense of pride in a safe environment. On Monday, come by for Colors & Connection, a vibrant workshop where art, creativity and conversation come together—or attend Wednesday’s Crafting and Consent event, where you can practice healthy communication strategies prioritizing consent while getting artistic.
Sexual Health Fair

Want to surprise your loved ones with fresh flowers? Buy them from NAU sorority Alpha Delta Pi and know your money is going to a good cause! All proceeds will directly benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Central and Northern Arizona. One rose is $4, three roses are $10 and a dozen roses are $30.
Wrapped in Love: Real Talk on Healthy Relationships

Concert: Romantic Rhapsody

Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra hosts an evening of romance featuring some of the most beautiful music ever composed and tales of star-crossed lovers. The concert features Camille Saint-Saëns’ “Bacchanale,” which tells the story of a hero and the femme fatale who seduces him into revealing the secret of his strength; part of Richard Wagner’s “Tristan und Isolde,” about a doomed love affair between a knight and an Irish princess; and Sergei Rachmaninoff’s “Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini,” a dazzling rollercoaster that’s equal parts romance and devilish fun. Momentum Aerial
Light your fire with something a little flirty and a little fulfilling co-hosted by SUN Entertainment. This show starts with a panel of local experts who will answer all your burning questions about love and sex. Then, it launches into a sizzling hot cabaret performance with Momentum Aerial’s talented performers. The show is free for NAU students.
