TV’s ‘Inside NAU’ gets makeover

Northern Arizona University’s TV show Inside NAU debuted Monday with a new, more sophisticated look.

“We’re excited because Inside NAU has gone virtual,” said Jesse Vaughan, associate director of TV Services. “Along with a new set, there are new graphics and a music package. We want to showcase the university with a lofty production value.”

It’s the fourth season for the TV program which features campus news and research.

The makeover includes a “Spotlight” segment highlighting one person per show. The interview includes more than a hundred images from the university, using sophisticated video elements to address topics in higher education.

Intern Haley Quiner has a regular segment called Student Life where she’ll focus on the student perspective.

Along with Executive Producer Jesse Vaughan, the show is produced by Theresa Bierer and Chris Strobel, with production support from Chris Boyes.

Inside NAU airs on cable Channel 4 and on Dish Network’s Universityhouse, Channel 9411. It can also be watched online at tv.nau.edu/insidenau.
