The city’s Mountain Line bus system is now offering discounted semester and annual pass options for NAU students.
Students already have free access to the Mountain Link route that connects the university with nearby residential and retail areas. Now they also can purchase a semester pass for $99 or an annual pass for $299 for access to the entire Mountain Line system that has routes and stops throughout the community.
Student passes are available for purchase at the NAIPTA office at 3773 N. Kaspar Dr. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. A valid NAU ID is required, along with proof of enrollment. Passes also can be purchased online but they must be picked up at the NAIPTA office after showing proof of student status.
