The functions of the former Office of New Student Programs have been reassigned and are now part of the renamed Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation.
Paul Orscheln, as director of undergraduate admissions, will oversee orientation to ensure consistency of messages and services.
The parent services function, including coordination of the Parents Association, is now part of Student Life under the leadership of Deborah Harris, associate dean of students. Dianna Van Sanford assists with parent services and continues to work with Derek Hansen on production of the electronic parent newsletter, the Backpack.
