  • Teacher.org recently released its rankings for the Best Colleges for Educational Leadership, and Northern Arizona University came in at No. 18. The rankings were based on the combined score of four weighted areas: percent of program graduates out of all graduates per year, graduation rate, loan default rate and tuition affordability.
  • Flagstaff was recently ranked No. 22 by College Rank in its list of Best College Towns in America. The list, which noted Flagstaff’s clean air, starry skies and vibrant art scene, was comprised of 50 towns that had a strong collegiate identity and a population of less than 200,000 residents.
  • Laura L. Camden, associate professor of photojournalism, received an honorable mention for her photograph entered in the Texas Photographic Society’s 29th Annual Members Only Show. The exhibition of 50 photographs was juried by Santa Fe Photographic Workshop director Reid Callanan and was showcased at the San Antonio Central Public Library’s opening reception Thursday, Sept. 1. The show is in collaboration with FotoSeptiembre USA in San Antonio, Texas.
