Jane Kuhn, fiscal and operations director for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, was selected for NAU’s 2006 Service Professional Advisory Council Leadership Award.
The award recognizes NAU service professionals for highly significant contributions, achievements and service to the university or the community through activities beyond their normal responsibilities.
Service professionals are eligible to be nominated by their supervisors, and recipients of the award receive a plaque and small cash reward.
In his letter nominating Kuhn for the award, David Bousquet, vice president of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, cited a number of specific examples when Kuhn has demonstrated creativity in leadership and outstanding service to the university, has gone above and beyond her usual assignments, and how she excels as a role model and mentor for others.
“Without her leadership, we would not be experiencing such remarkable progress,” Bousquet wrote.
