David Best, a professor emeritus of geology and former dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, is retiring from NAU after 32 years.
Friends and colleagues are invited to a reception in his honor from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the Grand Canyon Room of the University Union.
