The Student Success Coaching program is encouraging Northern Arizona University employees and retirees to become involved at the grassroots level by helping first-year students successfully transition to NAU.
Student Success Coaching is a free, two-semester program offered to a select group of freshmen at the Flagstaff campus through University College. The program’s 40 coaches consist of current and retired faculty and staff members from various departments. Coaches are certified in sports life coaching tools.
