NAU President Rita Cheng welcomed students, faculty and staff back for the fall semester at the annual President’s Picnic on Aug. 27 during Welcome Week.
Cheng and NAU administrators donned aprons to serve hotdogs and hamburgers on the quad while Alumni Relations kept the crowd cool with frozen treats.
The Welcome Week event also included a High Striker and a friendly dunk tank competition providing the opportunity to douse administrators and coaches.
