Mark your calendars for the annual Employee Development Day on Wednesday, June 1, and schedule time to submit a presentation proposal.
Last year’s event was attended by more than 350 employees who participated in 35 different sessions. With the continual interest to offer NAU employees personal and professional development, this year’s theme is Pathway to Excellence: Develop U.
Presentations are encouraged to focus on development, growth and excellence. Employees have traditionally shared their knowledge in areas such as leadership, time management, financial security or overall well-being. Each 60-minute session will be offered once in the morning and repeated in the afternoon.
Participant registration will be available the first week of May. The event will be held in the W.A. Franke College of Business and Rolle Activity Center. A local radio station, Hits 106 will return and provide musical entertainment during the scheduled lunch break where employees are invited to network.
