The buildings housing the Prescott Valley Library and NAU-Yavapai have been selected as the Project of the Year by the Arizona Chapter of the American Public Works Association.
NAU-Yavapai sits adjacent to the library on land donated by the Fain Signature Group. It was designed by Richard + Bauer Architects and built by Barton-Malow Construction Co.
