NAU Foundation hosts free Lunch and Learn, Philanthropy 101

The Northern Arizona University Foundation will host free quarterly Lunch and Learns this year to educate campus constituents about the NAU Foundation and its collective fundraisers. The first Lunch and Learn, Philanthropy 101, will be held from 12-1:30 p.m. on Feb. 26 in the du Bois Center, Aspen A.

NAU Foundation CEO Rickey N. McCurry will share how fundraising efforts and the foundation engages students, alumni, parents, friends and the broader NAU community. The foundation’s mission is to connect, invest and inspire current and future Lumberjacks as they travel along their individual career paths. They are a nonprofit partner for NAU and receive, manage and invest private contributions to benefit NAU.

More than 135,000 Lumberjack alumni and friends have invested in the foundation. Personal NAU stories have the power to inspire donor investment that benefit faculty, staff and students.

Space is limited for the Lunch and Learn. Register to attend through LOUIE using course code FDN101.
