If you have never registered for urgent text messaging, go to the NAU home page, click on the NAU Alert logo and follow instructions to sign up.
If you had previously registered, you probably received an earlier text message instructing you to re-register.
If you didn’t, click on the NAU Alert logo and follow the link to re-register. You will have to use your NAU password to get to the registration web site. Then you will be asked to sign in again. If you have forgotten your password, ask for a new one, which will be texted to you.
Use the new password to get to the alert web site and click on “reactivate.”
