Information Technology Services recently increased how much disk space is allocated for the central file servers NAUShares and Bonsai, and the cost for additional space has been lowered.
The allocation is now 3GB for each full-time employee and 1.5GB per part-time employee. Previously, ITS allocated 1GB per FTE and 500MB per PTE. If departments need additional space, the charge is 10 cents per GB; the previous charge was 85 cents per GB.
For NAU home drives on the server Bonsai, quotas have been increased from 12GB to 16GB.
