Lumberjack pride in full swing as Homecoming fun continues

Homecoming parade

It’s been a busy week at NAU with Homecoming celebrations underway. This weekend, the festivities continue starting at 5 p.m. Friday with a Lumberjack March at City Hall followed by the downtown Pep Rally at 5:30 p.m. at Heritage Square.

Saturday is chock-full of family-friendly events for Lumberjacks and the Flagstaff community starting with the annual parade at 11 a.m., an open session of the MakerLab at Cline Library, tailgating and the football game at 4 p.m. between NAU and Cal Poly. A full schedule of events can be found on the NAU Homecoming website.

Visitors should be aware that NAU has implemented a clear-bag policy for all football games taking place at the Skydome throughout the fall 2018 season. Also, please note that roadways along the parade route will be inaccessible during the parade—free parking and shuttle services will be available throughout the day.
