High Country Conference Center sets high standard

High Country Conference Center

A venue that plays host to everything from Arizona Board of Regents meetings to Toys for Tots fundraisers, the High Country Conference Center continues to receive industry accolades in recognition of its innovation and excellence.

For the fourth year in a row, the center has been the recipient of Meeting & Conventions’ Gold Key Award for overall professionalism and quality of the property.

Subscribers to the award-winning Meetings & Conventions Magazine vote annually on the world’s best meeting facilities and NAU was once again recognized as one of the best.

“To be in a small town like Flagstaff and receive an award like this, it’s very special,” said Rudy Gutierrez, general manager of the High Country Conference Center. “Not only does it put us on the map, but it helps us gain worldwide exposure. The Meetings and Conventions subscribers have high standards and it’s nice to know that we have met and exceeded their criteria.”

The award, used as a form of verification by working professionals, will likely mean another busy year for the High Country Conference Center.

The full list of award recipients will appear in the November 2015 issue of Meetings & Conventions.
