In response to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the university is encouraging supervisors and employees to consider additional teleworking arrangements to help limit the potential transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Telework Requirements and Expectations can be found online.

High risk employees (persons over 50 and those with autoimmune or other pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, cancer, diabetes, etc.) are encouraged to telework. The university also is providing increased flexibility in how teleworking may be used to help manage emergency child care or care of an ill family member.
