Flu vaccine clinics open to campus

Fronske Health Center has received another partial shipment of flu vaccine and has lifted the high-risk restriction to getting the vaccine.

The following clinics have been set up around campus for individuals to receive the vaccine:

9 a.m. to noon

Rm. 200, Second floor

Thursday, Nov. 16
2 to 5 p.m.
College of Business Administration
Rm. 207, Second floor

Friday, Nov. 17
noon to 4 p.m.
Capital Assets
Conference Room A

Wednesday, Dec. 6
9 to 11 a.m.
University Union
Walnut Room B

Employees and their spouses and retirees and their spouses will be eligible for the vaccine free of charge, courtesy of Blue Cross / Blue Shield and the Office of Employee Assistance and Wellness. Students with the Gold Plan or United Healthcare Student Insurance can also receive the vaccine free of charge. Employees’ children over 18, Sodexho employees, ROTC employees, and all other NAU students can be vaccinated for $20.

To receive the vaccine, visit Fronske Health Center during the following immunization hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
