ITS extends help desk hours

The ITS Solution Center and e-Learning Center will offer extended hours for faculty and staff beginning Aug. 21 with dedicated support available via phone, email and web. The Solution Center provides support for NAU software, hardware, networking and telephones, and the e-Learning Center assists with Blackboard Learn.

Solution Center

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 1 – 10 p.m.

e-Learning Center

  • Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, 3 – 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, noon – 10 p.m.

The Student Technology Center will be available 24/7 during the fall and spring semesters.
