This summer, NAU ITS introduced its Express Development Service to streamline administrative processes. The service provides departments with an efficient and effective way to expedite approvals and improve customer service for the Lumberjack community.
Departments across campus now have the ability to create and implement fully electronic solutions within five days. These electronic solutions include forms that auto-fill, perform calculations, trigger workflows and are compliant with the NAU Family Education Rights Protection Act (FERPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Recent projects implemented using the Express Development Service include COVID Exposure Reporting, Student Remote Attendance Request, Employee Performance Appraisal and the CARES Act Request.
